Chalet Zugspitze accommodates 6 to 13 guests across more than 200 m² of living space, spread over the ground floor and upper floor.

Yes. There are 2 garages as well as up to 3 parking spaces right in front – providing parking for up to 5 vehicles in total.

Yes, you can charge your vehicle free of charge using surplus solar energy via our Wallbox (Type 2 charging station). Please note that this service is unfortunately not available during winter due to insufficient solar output.

Yes, Chalet Zugspitze features ultra-fast internet with speeds up to 1,000 Mbps for a professional multimedia experience even for large groups.

No, smoking is strictly prohibited inside Chalet Zugspitze.

You can check in anytime from 4:00 PM onwards. For your convenience, we have set up a seamless self-check-in using a digital door code. If you require an early check-in, please let us know in advance, and we will do our best to arrange it for you.

Check-out is by 10:00 AM. A late check-out can be arranged upon request and is subject to availability.

Yes! For your entertainment, the chalet is equipped with two 55-inch Samsung QLED flat-screen TVs. You enjoy full access to cable TV as well as the premium Sky Cinema package (only on upper floor) for the ultimate movie night.

Yes, the beds will be freshly made for you upon arrival. Two large towels per guest and bath towels will also be waiting for you. This is fully included in the price.

The security deposit is € 900 and must be paid in advance. If no damage is found upon check-out, we will automatically refund the deposit to your account within 7 days.

A deposit of 30% of the total amount is due at the time of booking. The remaining payment (70%) as well as the security deposit of €900 must be transferred no later than 4 weeks before arrival. If the booking is made less than 4 weeks before arrival, the total amount is due immediately upon booking.

As we incur significant fees for PayPal, we prefer payment by bank transfer.

A cancellation is possible at any time before the start of the trip. The cancellation fee depends on the time of the cancellation:

• Up to 6 months before arrival: 30% of the total amount will be charged (corresponds to the down payment).
• Less than 6 months up to 4 weeks before arrival: 50% of the total amount
• Less than 4 weeks up to 1 day before arrival: 90% of the total amount.
• In case of non-arrival (no-show) or early departure: only the visitor’s tax will be refunded.

We recommend a travel cancellation insurance to avoid such charges if you have to cancel.
